- Used for bricks and mortar, including construction, renovation to existing structures, repairs, new safety systems, cultivation of outdoor space, classroom furnishings, and computers and other equipment.
- In a Capital Campaign, pledged in addition to annual giving over a period of 3-5 years
- May be gifts of cash, marketable securities, or fully funded life insurance policies
- Capital Campaigns are generally an outgrowth of the Strategic Plan
